Grounds Maintenance has fascinated Lakeside Property Maintenance's founder, as long as he can remember. From the young age of 12, he has serviced lawns. At the age of 15 he signed his first maintenance contract with an HOA that was close to home allowing his mother to ride along while plowing with his driving permit . As he got older, his interest in grounds maintenance grew into an obsession: he knew he'd found his life's calling.

After successfully helping grow 2 of the largest Grounds Maintenance companies in the Twin Cities, he knew it was time to go out on his own.
